How we buy deadstock fabric

Clear at every step: the price is agreed before loading and paid right at your warehouse. Most lots inside Ho Chi Minh City are done in a single day.

How we buy in 5 steps

From your first photos to an empty warehouse usually takes just one or two days. Every step is transparent, and the price is agreed before loading.

  1. 1

    Contact us & send photos

Call our hotline or send photos of the lot on Zalo: the whole warehouse, close-ups of the fabric, roll labels and an estimated quantity.

  2. 2

    Preliminary quote

Based on the photos and description, we give you a price range the same day so you can decide before we arrange a visit.

  3. 3

    On-site inspection

Our team comes to your warehouse to check material, colour, condition and age of each lot. No inspection fee.

  4. 4

Weigh, measure & agree a price

Everything is weighed or measured openly on site, and you check the figures with us. We agree the final price before anything is loaded.

  5. 5

    Payment & loading

Paid in cash or by bank transfer right away. We do the loading and hauling ourselves and leave your warehouse clear.

What should you prepare?

A few small things before we arrive make weighing faster and the quote more accurate.

Rough inventory

Note the fabric type, colour, width and estimated number of rolls or kilos. It doesn't need to be exact — just enough for a close quote.

Sort by group

Keep rolls, remnants, scraps and defective goods separate. Pre-sorting speeds up weighing and usually earns a better price.

Pick a convenient time

Let us know your opening hours, truck access and which floor the goods are on (if any) so we bring enough people and the right truck.

Clear a loading path

Clear the way from the warehouse to the truck. Gia Bao handles all the loading and transport.
