Surplus fabric buyer in Dong Nai — Bien Hoa, Trang Bom, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach

Gia Bao buys surplus fabric in Dong Nai by appointment, giving priority to lots of a few hundred kilos and up in Bien Hoa, Trang Bom, Long Thanh and Nhon Trach. Send us photos first; we give you a rough quote before setting off, so the trip is worthwhile for both sides.

Quote before we travel

We agree a price range from your photos so you know where you stand before the truck leaves.

Grouped trips by route

Several pick-ups along the Bien Hoa or Nhon Trach routes are combined into one trip.

Textile mill goods too

We also buy greige fabric, off-grade woven fabric and start/end-of-batch rolls from mills.

Paid at your warehouse

Weigh, agree the figures and pay — only then do we load the truck.

Large pile of surplus fabric at a factory

Dong Nai is one of southern Vietnam's oldest industrial regions, and Gia Bao is a surplus fabric buyer in Dong Nai for both factories in the industrial parks and garment workshops around Bien Hoa city. After the provincial merger of 1 July 2025, Dong Nai absorbed Binh Phuoc but kept its name; the places with the most surplus fabric are still the Bien Hoa – Trang Bom – Long Thanh – Nhon Trach belt.

What sets Dong Nai's textile industry apart

Unlike Ho Chi Minh City, which leans towards small sewing workshops, Dong Nai has many factories further up the supply chain: weaving, dyeing, finishing and spinning. Industrial parks such as Amata, Bien Hoa, Nhon Trach and Long Thanh host large dyeing mills and export garment factories. So besides finished fabric left over after sewing, you also find a special kind of stock here: undyed greige fabric, off-shade dyed fabric, start-of-batch and end-of-batch rolls, and finished fabric that failed the buyer's specifications.

These lots usually cannot be sold back to export customers, but they are still perfectly usable for domestic goods, linings, workwear and industrial wiping rags. We buy them to resell to workshops that need exactly that kind of fabric.

Where we buy surplus fabric in Dong Nai

  • Bien Hoa: the Bien Hoa, Amata and Loteco industrial parks; plenty of contract garment workshops, uniform makers and fabric shops in the city centre.
  • Trang Bom: the Bau Xeo and Song May industrial parks, with garment and footwear factories that often hold lining, nylon taffeta and mesh.
  • Long Thanh: medium-sized factories with large yards and many full pallets of surplus.
  • Nhon Trach: a cluster of industrial parks with many weaving, spinning and dyeing mills — where we see the most greige and off-shade fabric.

Travel and arrival times

From our base at 69C Đỗ Đức Dục, Phú Thọ Hòa Ward, our trucks reach Bien Hoa via the Hanoi Highway or the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. Depending on the time of day and the location, the journey takes about one to two hours; Nhon Trach is easy to reach over the Phu My bridge. Since the distance is longer than in the city, we work like this to save time on both sides:

  1. You send photos and a short video of the whole lot on Zalo, with an estimate of the number of rolls or kilos.
  2. Gia Bao gives a price range. If you agree, we book a specific date and time.
  3. We come with the right vehicle for the volume and a loading crew, then weigh, measure and confirm the price at your warehouse.

When several pick-ups fall on the same route in one week, we combine them so we can come sooner. All the steps are on our buying process page.

Defective fabric, greige fabric and factory clearance lots

Many warehouse owners in Dong Nai hesitate to call because they assume nobody buys defective fabric. In fact, fabric with dyeing faults, minor weaving faults, wrong widths or uneven colour still has a price — just lower than first-grade goods. What matters is keeping defective fabric apart from good fabric so the good lot is not dragged down. Our defective fabric buying page explains how we grade it.

For companies that need to empty a whole warehouse when relocating, closing a production line or doing year-end stocktaking, we take the entire lot — fabric, trims and bagged scraps. See also our fabric stock clearance page.

Row of numbered fabric racks in a factory warehouse
Numbered racks and roll codes make counting quick and the quote more accurate.

Small workshops in central Bien Hoa are a different story: their stock is usually odd rolls of finished fabric — knit, kate and floral prints left over from orders for shops and markets. We fit these lots into our weekly Bien Hoa runs; just message us in advance to get a slot.

What to prepare before Gia Bao comes to Dong Nai

Because of the distance, good preparation keeps the visit to a few hours. Gather the goods in one area, group them by material and condition, and leave access for the truck — and for a forklift if the goods are on pallets. If you have goods-received notes or a metre list, print a copy. If your factory requires entry formalities, let us know in advance so we bring the right documents.

Call or message us on Zalo at 0904 623 046 for a quote on your surplus fabric in Dong Nai and to book a visit. You can write in English or Chinese — we will reply.

Questions about buying in Dong Nai

Does Gia Bao buy small quantities of surplus fabric in Dong Nai?

Yes, but because of the distance, small lots are usually added to a trip on the same route. Send us photos first and we will give you a price range and the day we can stop by.

How long does it take to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Bien Hoa or Nhon Trach?

About one to two hours depending on the location and time of day. We usually book morning visits so weighing and loading can be finished the same day.

Our weaving mill has greige and off-shade dyed fabric. Do you buy it?

Yes. Greige fabric, off-shade fabric and start/end-of-batch rolls are all bought, priced according to the severity of the fault and how reusable the fabric is. Please keep them separate from first-grade goods.

How is the cost of the truck from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai handled?

Gia Bao provides the truck and the loading, and that cost is already included in the price we quote before travelling. Once the price is agreed, you pay nothing extra.
